What is Blank Label?
Blank Label is a custom dress shirt company. Our mission is simple: to make the luxury and empowerment of custom to be more accessible and more affordable.

How Does It Work?
Step 1: 
 Choose your style preferences. All customizations are free.
Step 2: We believe the only true fit is custom. Choosing your custom sizes.
Step 3: Receive in two to four weeks. Get compliments. Tell your friends about BL. 
 
How Much Do The Dress Shirts Cost?
Shirts start from $60 and go up to $145. Shirt costs vary based on the fabric. Generally the higher thread count fabric, the finer the feel of the cloth and the more expensive the shirt. If you're interested more about fabrics, we have detailed descriptions here. We do not charge extra for any customizations, including monogramming. Standard shipping is also free. 
 
Is There a Minimum Purchase?
No, you can start off with just one shirt if you wish. But we guarantee you'll be back for more!
 

Sizing

How Does Custom Sizing Work?
First, we'd like to reassure you that buying a custom shirt from Blank Label is risk free-if you're not satisfied, we'll remake the first attempt for free! We use a six-size custom template. To get your six custom sizes, we have three simple sizing options: Ask Our Tailors, Measure Your Best Fitting Shirt, Send In A Shirt For Us To Measure. Our most popular option is Ask Our Tailors, where our tailors will determine your custom sizes based off information you already know. For the more astute, Measuring Your Best Fitting Shirt is likely a good option as you can gauge little changes yourself. Sending In a Shirt is also popular as it's free since we send a reply-paid envelope.

We use the following measurements for custom sizing:

You can view an illustrated tip sheet, which also has short, detailed sizing videos. Entering your custom sizing is at the final step of ordering your custom shirt(s). If you have measured for your six-sizes enter them at the Exact Measurements part of the custom sizing.  

Shipping

Where Do You Ship?
Internationally. Our shipping partner DHL ships directly off our tailors' table to your door, anywhere in the world. And yes, Standard International shipping is free. We email you a tracking number which can be tracked via DHL.com two-three days before your package arrives.

How Fast is Shipping
Our free standard shipping is 4 weeks from order (to custom pattern making, to construction, to quality assurance) to delivery, our expedited shipping is 2 weeks and costs $8 extra.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
We do not currently have shipping tracking built-in. If you drop us an email, we can contact our Operations team for an update and get back to you in 24-48 hours. Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number to DHL.com and the order will arrive within 3-4 days thereafter. If your order is late we will offer you a $10 store credit, and if you paid extra for expedited shipping, we will refund the $8 to you - if your credit card was charged $8 when you placed your order. If you purchased your order using a voucher code, we will refund your $8 shipping in the form of an additional $8 store credit.

Returns

What is the Return Policy
Even though every single shirt we make is custom made just for you, if there's any thing about it that you don't like, fabric, fit, style, we'll remake it for you from scratch. Even better, domestic and international return shipping is free. To request a return and remake:

We process all remakes through the Accounts function at our website. To get your remake process started, please Sign In to your account on the homepage and click on the order you would like to have remade. Once you are there, please select the primary reason for your remake, and submit the form. (For a quick refresher in our 10 minute method of sizing, please check out: Blank Label Measuring: Illustrated Diagram or Videos.)

If you have not yet created an account, please create one using the email address you used to place your order, and you will be able to view your past orders and submit your request for a remake. After your remake request has been processed, watch your inbox for a confirmation from us within a business day.

Gifting

Do You Have Gift Certificates?
Yes. We can proudly say guys love our shirts and our service, and what more personal a gift than a gift certificate for a custom dress shirt.
 
Why is My Gift Certificate Code Not Working?
Don't worry - your code and pin number are still valid! Please make sure to enter both the Gift Certificate # and Pin #. After you enter your gift code and pin numbers, click "Apply Gift Certificate."
 
Misc
 

Can You Make Short Sleeve Dress Shirts?
Absolutely. All our shirts are custom made from scratch. If there's any special request, short sleeve, collarless shirt, drop us a note at sayhi@blanklabel.com and we'll add it to your order form. If it's a particularly unusual request, best to ask us first. 

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit Cards and debit Cards. If you do not have a credit card or debit card, we can send you a request for a Paypal payment. You just need to copy the order description from the shopping cart, and email us with it at sayhi@blanklabel.com. We'll then send you a Paypal request so you can complete your transaction there. We do not accept cash or checks.
