Our return policy is inspired by great companies before us such as Lands' End and Zappos. We value your business and appreciate you supporting an up-and-coming brand like ours. We'll do anything we can to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

Even though every single shirt we make is custom made just for you, we understand custom sizing can be a challenge so if your first shirt doesn't fit, we'll remake a new one for you from scratch - and we donate the old one to charity. Even better, domestic and international return shipping is free.  We do this because we believe great customer experiences drive businesses, and we know once you get the perfect fitting dress shirt, you'll be back for more.

We are motivated everyday by customers emailing, calling and writing in about how they've never received so many compliments or that they've never received a shirt thats fit so well. We look forward to hearing from you.

Need To Return Your Shirt?

We now process all remakes through the Accounts function at our website. In order to get your remake process started, please Sign In to your account* and click on the order you would like to have remade. Once you are there, please adjust the exact sizing you would like for your remake, and submit the form. After your remake request has been processed, you should hear back from us with a confirmation within a day or so.

Using the measuring directions here, please measure your best fitting shirt and determine the measurements that should be used for your remake. If you do not have a shirt that fits well, I would suggest that you try on the shirt we've sent you, and decide where the shirt doesn't fit, then from there you can add or subtract the necessary inches for a better fitting shirt. That method always seems to work, and results in a great fitting shirt.

*You can Sign in at the top right of the homepage. If you have not created an account, please create one using the email address you used to place your order, and you will be able to view your past orders and submit a request for a remake.
